I recently opened up to my friends and followers about feeling lonely in my career. Loneliness was a big reason I thought I needed to get 9-5 job again after a few years of solo-entrepreneurship. “I need coworkers!” I thought. But what I realized when I got back to corporate was that people are still lonely there, too. 

Back to back Zoom meetings, Teams messages about the same old action items, and little-to-no peer connection like we used to have. 

So… what to do?
